1. Payments

Payment is due prior to shipping, at the time of purchase. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted at checkout.

2. Shipping

Please note that art prints will ship separately from any other items in your order. For each shipment, you will receive a separate tracking email, but you will still only be charged for the shipping fee listed at checkout.

2.1 Free shipping worldwide

You qualify for free standard shipping when you reach a total order value of $65 or more.

2.2 Where do orders ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide. Depending on where in the world you live, orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

2.3 Shipping address

It is your responsibility as the customer to provide the correct shipping address during checkout as your purchase will be sent to this address. After your order has shipped, you will receive a notification by email including tracking information.

2.4 Shipping times

In order to offer affordable international shipping prices, most international orders are shipped via First Class Mail International. Please keep in mind orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. The below shipping times may vary and are meant as guidelines.

  • US: 3-5 days for USPS First Class Mail and 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail
  • International shipping: 6-10 days for USPS Priority (pending customs). First Class Mail shipping times can be up to 3 weeks.

Please note that the above estimated shipping times begin when your order has been fulfilled, i.e. printed, made and gone through a final quality check performed by a real human. The fulfillment process takes 2-7 business days.

2.5 How to track your order

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order has shipped.

3. Custom Fees & Duties

As the customer, you have the sole responsibility for any fees, taxes, and/ or duties that might be associated with purchasing and shipping to the country of your shipping address.

3.1 Will you be charged customs for your order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

4. Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns and are confident in doing so because of the high quality standard that our products have. Please find the section below that applies to your situation.

Important! The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Face masks (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Any underwear-like garments, for example bikinis and swimsuits

4.1 Returns

If you regret buying an item or the size does not fit you well, you may return the item back to us.

Please bear in mind that all returns of this type should be returned to our Danish address at your own expense as we do not offer free returns at the moment. The return system is an extra service as a token of gratitude toward our customers because we know it can be difficult with the sizing and fit of garments bought online where it is not possible to try them on before buying. Situations like these are often avoided, though, when reading the sizing charts carefully.

Please fill out this returns form before returning any products.

4.2 Faulty/damaged or wrong items

We’re so sorry if you received the wrong item or if the item has been damaged in the mail. We will of course sort it out for you. It is important that you include photos of the wrong or damaged item and that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns of this type are returned to our production facility in the California, US, at our expense. After receiving your message we will guide you on what to do next.

Please fill out this returns form before returning any products.

4.3 Can you exchange an item for a different size or color?

No, we do not offer exchanges. But you can always return the item – please see section 4.1 above. And then you are welcome to place a new order of the desired size or color.
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts as we have a sizing chart for every item listed on our store. You will find it in the product page’s description section.

Note: Though rare, it is possible that an item was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know within 7 days after receiving your order. Remember to include your order number as well as photos of the mislabeled item. Please fill out this returns form before returning any products. Please also let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. 

5. Missing Orders

If you think your order should have arrived by now, but you still don’t have it, we encourage you to read the information in this section carefully.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Tip: Package theft is on the rise — if you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t
be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at  and remember to include your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can offer you a replacement order, but keep in mind that
shipping will be at your own cost.

Tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP
code lookup to make sure you get it right.

6. Production

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you live, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
